The majority of the items displayed on the Adventure Knives website will be filled upon receipt and be shipped the following business day, either USPS Priority or UPS Ground. You will receive an email with a tracking number. You will be immediately notified of any backorders.
Out-of-stock items will be placed on backorder and the customer will be immediately notified. All backordered items will be shipped at the time the product becomes available.
All warranties for products purchased through Adventure Knives are provided by the respective manufacturers. We will be glad to help you with submitting any issues, claims and questions concerning product warranties.
Adventure Knives wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy, please don’t hesitate to let us know. We will do what we can to assist you. If you find that you need to return a knife, all of our products are backed by our exclusive Adventure Knives Guarantee. Products and knives may be returned within 15 days of the ship date for a full refund (minus the shipping cost) if the following conditions are met: (1) You must first contact Adventure Knives. Adventure Knives will determine if you are eligible for a refund and give you return instructions. (2) Upon meeting eligibility requirements, and receiving the returned knife, it will be inspected and determined if it meets the return guidelines. (3) If the knife meets our guidelines, you will then receive a full refund of the original amount that you paid, minus the original shipping cost.
We cannot refund returns for certain items, including:
- Any knife or any item that does not have the original receipt.
- Any knife or any item that is returned more than 15 days from ship date.
- Any knife or any item that is not in its new/original condition.
- Any knife or any item that is damaged, missing parts, original accessories or manuals, etc.
- Any knife or any item that is not in the original manufacturer’s box.
- Any knife or any item that has been personalized or engraved.
For Defective Items or Shipping Errors
Adventure Knives will pay the return shipping cost if the return is the result of an error or manufacturer’s defect. Such products are eligible for credit or replacement within 30 days of the customer invoice date. Replacements will be shipped upon the receipt of the returned merchandise. Please contact Adventure Knives and you will receive a pre-paid shipping label and an RA number. The RA number should be visible on the front of the shipping box with a brief description of the product issue inside. All items must be returned in the original packaging.
Adventure Knives does not handle repairs.
If the customer refuses a delivery from Adventure Knives for any reason, the package will be returned to us. Once the return is processed, the customer will receive a full refund, minus the shipping cost.
Return Shipping Method
For your protection, please send any returns via a shipping service that can be tracked, such as USPS or UPS, with delivery confirmation. Please be sure to keep your receipt and tracking number. We cannot guarantee refunds for returns sent via a non-trackable method.
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase, within 14 business days of Adventure Knives receiving your return. If a refund cannot be issued to your credit card (due to expired card, etc.), a check will be issued.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Adventure Knives or any other party involved in creating, distributing, or supplying products for Adventure Knives be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from products purchased from Adventure Knives, the use or inability to use the site, the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services, unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data, statements or conduct of any third party on the site. You hereby acknowledge that this paragraph shall apply to all content, merchandise, and services available through the website. In the event that your state does not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for damages, in such states liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

International Orders (Outside of the U.S.)
Due to the overwhelming amount of international credit card fraud, we are unable to accept international credit cards unless your card is up-to-date with the correct address and it clears our merchant credit card tracking system. We will accept PayPal for orders outside of the United States.
