At Adventure Knives Company, we strive for our customers to be completely satisfied. If you are unhappy with an Adventure Knives product, please don't hesitate to contact us. We will do everything we can to ensure your satisfaction.
If you need to return an item for any reason, our products are backed by our exclusive Adventure Knives Guarantee. Products must be returned within 15 days of the original ship date for an exchange, credit to a different product, or a full refund. If a product is believed to be defective, damaged, or wrongfully shipped to the customer, it may be returned within 30 days of the original ship date.

If all of the above Adventure Knives guidelines are met, the customer must then file a return claim on our contact page. Adventure Knives will then determine if the customer is eligible for an exchange, credit, or refund.

Return Shipping Requirements
If Adventure Knives determines that the customer is eligible for a return, the customer will be provided further instructions and an important RA number. When shipping the product, the customer must visibly write the RA number on the outside of the box. The customer must also enclose a copy of their Life Adventure Plan certificate, a copy of the original receipt, and their current address and phone number information. For the customer's protection, Adventure Knives advises that the package be shipped UPS or USPS with delivery confirmation so that the package may be tracked. Adventure Knives cannot guarantee warranty service for packages shipped a non-track able method. The customer must also enclose a money order (NO CASH OR PERSONAL CHECKS) for $5.00 to cover shipping/handling fees. Please allow 2-4 weeks for returns to be processed.
Refunds
Upon Adventure Knives receiving the customer's returned product, it will be inspected and be determined if the product meets the return guidelines. If the product meets the required guidelines, the customer will receive a full refund of the amount paid, a credit, or an exchange. If Adventure Knives determines the product to be defective, damaged, or wrongfully shipped to the customer, Adventure Knives will gladly refund the customer's return shipping charges and mail a new product to the customer at no charge. Customers can expect a refund in the same form of payment which was used for the original purchase. In the event there are any complications refunding on a credit card, a check will automatically be issued.
Refusing Delivery
In the event a customer refuses delivery from Adventure Knives for any reason, the package will be returned to us. Once the return is processed, the customer will receive a full refund minus shipping charges.
