Returns

At Adventure Knives Company, we strive for our customers to be completely satisfied. If you are unhappy with an Adventure Knives product, please don't hesitate to contact us. We will do everything we can to ensure your satisfaction.

If you are not happy with your knife or multi tool please return it to us in its original (new) condition within 30 days in the manufacturer's packaging. We will give you a full refund for the purchase price as either a refund onto your credit card or a gift certificate for the full purchase price minus shipping. You must provide a copy of the original receipt for us to accept any returns.

To return your knife or multi tool you must first contact us so we can assign you an RA number (return authorization) so when the product comes back we can efficiently identify and process your return.

We want you to be satisfied which your knife or multi tool. If your product is defective or if you have warranty issues with the manufacturer, please contact the manufacture.

Backorders

All in-stock items are shipped at time of order; out-of-stock items will be placed on backorder and the customer will be notified. All backordered items will be shipped at the time the product becomes available. If the backorder period exceeds 30 days, Adventure Knives will notify the customer prior to shipment release. In the event of partial shipment, each shipment will be billed separately. Backorders are shipped at the prices in effect when the item was initially ordered.

Ordering Out-of-Stock Items

Occasionally there are products which sell-out before Adventure Knives gets the inventory in stock. Adventure Knives does its best to prevent its customers from being able to order items not currently in stock however sometimes this occurs. Adventure Knives will notify the customer of any out-of-stock items. If interested in a product that is currently not available, please contact us.

Adventure Knives does everything it can to keep its customers informed of the approximate ship dates of the out-of- stock items. Please understand that the ship dates sometimes change due to various reasons.

Shipping

Adventure Knives shipments are generally sent via UPS ground or USPS. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Warranty

All warranties for products purchased through Adventure Knives are provided by the respective manufacturers. Adventure Knives will happily assist its customers with submitting any issues, claims, and questions concerning product warranties directly to the manufacturers.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Adventure Knives or any other party involved in creating, distributing, or supplying products for Adventure Knives be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from products purchased from Adventure Knives, the use or inability to use the site, the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services, unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data, statements or conduct of any third party on the site. You hereby acknowledge that this paragraph shall apply to all content, merchandise, and services available through the website. In the event that your state does not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for damages, in such states liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

International Orders (Outside of the United States)

Due to the overwhelming amount of international credit card fraud, Adventure Knives is unable to accept international credit cards unless the card is up-to-date with the correct address and it clears the Adventure Knives merchant credit card tracking system. Adventure Knives will accept PayPal for orders outside of the United States.

Availability

The majority of Adventure Knives items will be filled upon receipt and be shipped the following business day. Adventure Knives will obtain a tracking number for the customer ASAP. There are times when the item ships before Adventure Knives updates the customer on the tracking number. However, Adventure Knives will get this number for the customer's convenience as soon as it is obtained.

If a customer needs an in-stock item immediately but also wants a backordered item, Adventure Knives requests that the customer place separate orders for these items so that there will be sufficient payment to cover the separate shipping costs. Otherwise, all of the items will be shipped together when they all become available.
